Cancellation Policy

Please extend us the courtesy of a phone call (717-545-8500) 24 hours in advance. No-shows will result in pre-payment of future services. Spa packages require a 48 hour cancellation notice.

Gratuities

Tipping is always left to the discretion of our clients. Gift Certificates & Spa Packages do not include gratuities unless otherwise indicated. We accept all major Credit Cards; however, we do not allow adding gratuities to your card. We are happy to cash a personal check for such purposes.
